Due to the bespoke and artisanal nature of our creations, we kindly ask customers to carefully review the terms below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our return and refund policy lasts <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was received, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must be returned in its <strong>original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must provide a valid <strong>receipt or proof of purchase<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please do <strong>not<\/strong> send your item back to the original artist or manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following items are <strong>non-refundable and non-returnable<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom, engraved, or personalised sculptures (e.g., Legacy Edition Hand Engraving).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards and downloadable content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workshop tickets and event bookings (unless cancelled by us).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliate or third-party services (e.g., transport, photography).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sale items or discounted promotional bundles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling or negligence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Partial Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Partial refunds may be considered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If an item is returned not in its original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the return is missing components or damaged due to reasons not caused by our team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If returned more than 30 days after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refund Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within <strong>10 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Late or Missing Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If your refund has not appeared:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Re-check your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your credit card provider or bank \u2014 processing times may vary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If unresolved after 10 business days, please contact <strong><a class=\"\">ubuntusculptures@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. Exchange requests must be submitted <strong>within 7 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To initiate an exchange, please email <strong><a class=\"\">ubuntusculptures@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> with photos and details of the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gifts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will receive <strong>store credit<\/strong> for the value of the return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the return is received, a <strong>gift certificate<\/strong> will be sent to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the gift was delivered to the purchaser first, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shipping Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To return your product, please ship it to: <strong>Ubuntu Sculptures Returns Department<\/strong><br>[Insert Address Here]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
